Låt den här veckan gå fort
Inne på dag 2, det här ska gå. Soppan är rätt god faktiskt men tror vi kommer spy på den efter några dagar. Drömmer om choklad, hamburgare och bröd. Men det här är ytterst nödvändigt, tro mig.
7-day diet
This diet is for 7 days. This is a way to clean your body and get a start in losing weight.
The soup is the main meal in this diet and you are aloud to eat as much as you want from it. In fact, the more you eat the better.
Soup ingredients:
2 box chopped tomatoes(chose taste e.g. oregano, garlic, herbs etc.)
3 big leeks
1 bag noodles (not the spices)
1 bunt celery
2 box green beans
2 green peppers
800g carrots
6-12 (after taste) Bouillon chicken cubes or Beef cubes (not the actual meat, the spice cubes)
Chop everything and cook in a big pot and add as much water as u want.
you can use all spices except for salt.. NO SALT!
DAY 1:
Soup and all kind of fruits (NO BANANAS)
DAY 2:
Soup and all kind of vegetables (even boiled if you want). Salad is very good. (NO peas, dried beans or sweetcorn).
You can eat ONE baked potato with some butter (garlic butter etc.) NO SALT
DAY 3:
Soup, fruit (-bananas) vegetables (no baked potato). By today you should have started losing some weight.
DAY 4:
Soup. Minimum 3 bananas and as much SKIMMED milk as you can drink.
DAY 5:
Soup, 280-650 g beef, fish or chicken (boil, grill or bake without the skin) .4 tomatoes. Soup at least once during day.
Dag 6:
Soup. as much as beef, fish or chicken as you want and vegetables. don't forget the soup!!!
Dag 7:
Soup. vegetables, brown rice (can be bought in health stores) non sugar juice.
NO----> BREAD, ALCOHOL OR FIZZY DRINKS!!
YES--> DRINK A LOT OF WATER (MIN 2L A DAY) COFFEE AND TEE BUT NOOOO SUGAR. SKIMMED MILK
If you lose more than 7,5 kg during a week, you have to wait at least 2 days before repeating the diet.
No alcohol for at least 24hours after uve finished ur diet.
The soup usually lasts for 3 - 4 days.
PS. IT IS IMPORTANT YOU DONT ADD OR REDUCE ANYTHING FROM THE LIST..!
